•  COMPREHENSIVE REPORTING – Our system allows property owners and managers the ability to monitor the amount of usage at any given time in each unit. Custom reports can be generated to indicate usage based on each unit, or over a specific time period.

•  BRANDING CAPABILITIES – Custom portal pages can be created with property logos, local information, and links to other services. This can help properties strengthen brand loyalty. In addition, users can automatically be redirected to a property website, which has great marketing potential.
